Friendship and faith in the Casentino, Tuscan area
There are moments in our life in which we need to be in a different way with ourselves, with the others, with God. There are places that surely facilitate this requirement that help us to know better ourselves. These places are generally defined places of faith, I have added the word friendship. Friendship with ourselves because we are not often friends of ourselves, we don't open our hearth to ourselves. Friendship with the others, friendship with God.
In the Casentino, a beautiful Tuscan valley, according to me there are four places of this type: La Verna, Camaldoli, the Fraternità of Romena near Pratovecchio, Santa Maria del Sasso next to Bibbiena.
